A few common questions.

Can we talk before I am ready to move?

Yes. We can start with your questions, look at your options, and work out a useful next step. There is no need to have every detail decided first.

How do you help sellers decide on a price?

Shane reviews sold comparable properties, current competition, location, and the condition and features of your home. The goal is a price supported by evidence and a preparation plan that makes sense.

Does a trades background replace a home inspection?

No. Shane is not a home inspector. His background helps him notice details and ask practical questions. Buyers should still use qualified inspection and trade professionals when needed.

Let's talk about what you're planning.
