A Journeyman Electrician by trade, Shane brings a practical eye to every purchase and sale, helping clients understand condition, upgrades, repairs, resale value, comparable sales, current market trends, and realistic property value.
Shane bought his first income property at 18 and has hands-on experience with rental properties, renovations, home building, commercial improvements, and long-term property value. He lives in Calgary with his wife Karen, their three children, and the family dog.
