Shane is a born-and-raised Calgarian with around 15 years of combined experience in real estate, property investment, property management, construction, renovations, and the trades. He is also a Journeyperson Electrician.

He bought his first income property at 18 and has spent years owning, managing, improving, and thinking about property from more than one side of the deal. That experience helps when a client needs to weigh repairs, updates, rental potential, resale, or the real cost of taking on a project.

Shane is not a home inspector, appraiser, or contractor for hire. He is the person who will help you notice the questions worth asking early, then point you toward the right professional when needed.

At home, Shane is with his wife Karen, their three children, and the family dog. At work, his approach is the same: clear advice, no pressure, and a plan that fits the person in front of him.
